Built Fast with a Small Team
The entire platform was built by a two-person development team in five months — a timeline that wouldn't have been possible without leaning heavily on AI-assisted development tools throughout the process. Rather than slowing down to build every feature from scratch, the team used AI to accelerate boilerplate, draft data models, generate test coverage, and move through the compliance-heavy requirements quickly.
